Heated pools by the lake with a slide and diving board were a fun way to spend time. The food, especially the fish tacos, was delicious and fresh.

The hotel lacked several advertised amenities such as wifi in the rooms, A/C, and telephones. The facility was open to the public until 6 pm, making it crowded and overwhelming for hotel guests.

Not far from Termal Cosala Spa. The area contains some restaurants like el rincon de giovanni within 15 minutes' walk.

The property was 1 km away from Church of San Juan Cosala. This hotel was just what we needed, we felt safe. Located within a walk to Lake Chapala, which is about 100 metres away...

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel on the shores of Lake Chapala. the location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. the room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby area, including a visit to a restaurant outside the hotel facilities and a trip back to the Guadalajara area. a memorable experience!
